What this means
The 1 oz travel tube is legal on Maui if it still says 23% non-nano zinc as the only active. The 3 oz Face + Body lotion lists the same 23% non-nano zinc and the same 80-minute water resistance. Palau is fine on both. They have beeswax, so they are not vegan. Tinted sticks are other bottles.

The travel lotion and Face + Body 3 oz we dated are zinc-only, non-nano, and phenoxyethanol-free, so Maui and Palau pass. That is these panels, not every tinted stick.
Is Raw Elements OK in Hawaii?
Non-nano zinc as the only active is legal to sell and use on Maui and the Big Island under the mineral-only rules. It also clears statewide Act 104.
Is the travel size the same as the full tube?
Both pages list zinc oxide 23% non-nano and 80-minute water resistance. Read the tube you hold before you assume a tinted stick matches.
