What this means
If the tube still says zinc oxide 20% non-nano as the only active, this SPF 50+ lotion is legal on Maui. Palau is fine on this formula. Kids SPF 50+ lists the same 20% zinc on the 6 oz page. Clear Zinc Face is 23.4% non-nano zinc. That is the face tube, still 80-minute water resistance. The mix-up is the reviews. People on the product page say later batches added silicones or fragrance. We date the panel. We do not treat a review as Drug Facts. The 6 oz family size is sold as the same SPF 50+. Read that tube before you assume the rows match.

Is Thinksport OK in Hawaii?
A non-nano zinc lotion is the Maui and Big Island bottle. It also clears statewide Act 104 because there is no oxybenzone or octinoxate.
Did Thinksport change the formula?
